We welcome you from 3:00 pm onwards. Check-out is by 12:00 noon at the latest, to allow us to prepare the property for the next guests.
If you need a different arrival or departure time, please let us know in advance — we will do our best to accommodate you.
Breakfast is included in the B&B room rate and served from 8:00 to 10:00 am, on the terrace weather permitting, or in the guest lounge.
On request, we can also offer a savoury breakfast.
On reservation, enjoy a home-cooked meal prepared with local, seasonal produce.
A selection of Gaillac wines is available as a supplement — the perfect way to discover the flavours of our Occitan terroir.
The 5 × 12 m pool with two depths (1.45 m and 2.20 m) is available at your own risk and in respect of everyone's peace and quiet. Please use your own bath towels. Children must be under the full supervision of an adult at all times.
The heated 10 m² jacuzzi is also available year-round.
Fibre broadband is available throughout the property.

Each accommodation has its own facilities for your comfort and independence throughout your stay.
Mas des Landes is equipped with an EV charging point for electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles, available on request during your stay.
